When I first decided to start blogging, I had all these awesome ideas. Somehow, I got sucked into following the crowd, posting all the frivolous, cute, mushy, girly stuff. That’s not me, not at all. It was fun for a while, an escape from the reality of this thing we call life. But important issues are begging me to give them a voice.
I may not blog often and I’m sure there will be some funny stories thrown in the mix of what it’s like to be a mom to a teenage boy with autism, the bittersweet thoughts of my children whom have left this earth entirely too soon, the memories of a very emotionally abusive marriage, and the juggling act it is everyday to try to find time to create my art, invent new recipes for my son and try to remember not to lose my mind.
Play Time Is Over!
Today, I’ve thought a lot about my children who have already gone to heaven. I miss them.
